The National Luna Dual Battery Controller is designed as a complementary device for the National Luna Intelligent Solenoid or Portable Power Pack. Its main function is to display the status of both the main battery and auxiliary battery. By continuously monitoring the voltage levels of both batteries, the controller alerts users in cases of excessive discharge or overload. In such cases, either a visual or audible alarm is activated to warn you immediately. An additional feature of the Dual Battery Controller is the ability to override a separation relay. This allows users to connect the starter battery and auxiliary battery when needed, which is extremely useful when using a winch or for jump-starting the engine with the auxiliary battery if the starter battery is too weak.
