Xtreme tracks are made in Australia using MaxTrax’s secret formula; engineered for heavy-duty work, super strong, high-tech, reinforced nylon. The manufacturing process involves a custom mold attached to a robotic arm that places the alloy teeth in the correct direction, ensuring a super secure fit.
All 88 teeth are hard-anodised to protect against saltwater and muddy environments. The alloy is significantly harder and more durable than the rubber composition in tires and is more resistant to wear from rotating tires, allowing for faster and safer connection on the tire tread.
The sand tracks are easy to repair on the go. If a tooth is damaged, flip the board over and use a T-50 Torx bit to dismantle and then replace the damaged tooth. MaxTrax utilizes a patented thread and blip lock system to ensure the new tooth stays securely in place. A special toolkit is available as an option.
