Installation of this Tailgate Storage Mod requires some metal removal from your tailgate. We offer a step-by-step guide and a template to clarify which material needs to be removed. This can be done with tin snips, a jigsaw, or an angle grinder.
The standard kit comes in a black powder-coated finish and includes all necessary installation items. It also features sound-dampening foam to prevent noise and damage inside your tailgate.
The optional Lid Protector is made of sturdy polycarbonate, the same material used for cutting boards. This protector is strongly recommended if you frequently load heavy items, stand on your tailgate, or use it for cooking.
