Bushtech has been known for years for their high quality aluminium canopies. But for some extreme overlanders a simple canopy is not sufficient. Luckily Bushtech has the answer: The Bushtech Canopy Tray.

This aluminium Tray replaces the whole rear side of the bodywork of your Landcruiser 79 double cab. In doing so it creates an storage area slightly bigger than that of a single cab 79. Bushtech saw this as an opportunity to optimise the usable storage space to every extent. On either side two toolboxes are built below the canopy.

The canopy itself is equipped with mounting rails on the roof, the sidepanels and the floor. This makes the Canopy Tray the perfect blank canvas for your overland dreams.

By using aluminium Bushtech managed to keep the total weight of the Canopy Tray just below 240 kg, which is just over the weight of the original load bay of the Landcruiser 79 double cab. Even though your vehicle now roughly has the load capacity of a single cab.

The Bushtech Canopy Tray comes standard with a variety of accessories like a spare wheel carrier, trundle drawer with stainless steel tabletop, a 75 litre water tank, isolation and ventilation.
