Maximize the space in your tailgate with the Huracan Fabrication Tailgate Storage Mod. Crafted from laser-cut steel, it ensures a sturdy installation within your tailgate, providing extra space for recovery tools or spare parts.
This Tailgate Storage Mod requires self-installation, necessitating the removal of some metal from your tailgate. To aid this process, we offer step-by-step instructions and a template to indicate the material that needs to be removed. A metal shear, jigsaw, or angle grinder can be used for this task.
The kit comes standard with a black powder-coated finish, including all necessary installation components. Additionally, sound-damping foam is provided to prevent unwanted noise and damage inside your tailgate.
An optional protective layer (Lid Protector) made of robust polycarbonate is strongly recommended if you frequently load heavy items, stand on your tailgate, or use it for cooking.
A Marine Carpet finish is also optionally available.
