Maximize the potential of your tailgate with the Huracan Fabrication Tailgate Storage Mod. Expertly crafted from laser-cut steel, this storage solution fits securely into your tailgate, creating additional space perfect for recovery tools or spare parts.
Installation of this Tailgate Storage Mod requires some metal removal from your tailgate. To assist in this process, a step-by-step guide and a template marking the metal to be removed are provided. You can complete the process using tin snips, a jigsaw, or an angle grinder.
The kit comes standard with a black powder-coated finish, including all necessary installation hardware. Sound-dampening foam is also provided to prevent unwanted noise and protect the interior of your tailgate.
The optional Lid Protector, made from durable polycarbonate—a material used for cutting boards—is highly recommended if you frequently load heavy items, stand on your tailgate, or use it as a cooking station.
